Project Description
In 2024, one of our long-term partners in Germany completed the construction of a new company headquarters building. As a professional lighting distributor, the client wanted to create a modern and comfortable lighting environment for their offices, meeting rooms and reception hall.
Due to the limited ceiling installation space, the client required side-lit LED panel lights with compact design and high lighting quality.
After reviewing the project requirements, our team provided a customized LED panel lighting solution based on our high efficiency side-lit LED panel lights.
Client Requirements
The client had several specific technical requirements for the project:
• Panel size: 620x620 mm
• Side-lit LED panel light design for limited ceiling space
• DALI Tunable White control system
• 10W per module for flexible lighting layout
• UGR < 19 for low glare office lighting
• Ra > 95 for excellent color rendering
• 5-year warranty
The lighting layout included groups of 3 panels and 6 panels, allowing both group control and centralized lighting control for the entire space.
Our Solution
Based on the project requirements, we developed a customized LED panel lighting system using our side-lit LED panel technology.
The solution enabled:
• Flexible lighting groups (3 or 6 panels per group)
• Centralized control through DALI Tunable White system
• Uniform illumination across office spaces
• High visual comfort with UGR < 19
Our engineering team worked closely with the client to finalize the layout plan and product specifications before production.

Project Results
After installation and testing, the lighting performance exceeded the client’s expectations.
The side-lit LED panel lights created a soft, uniform and glare-free lighting environment suitable for modern office spaces.
The client was very satisfied with the final results and shared photos and videos of the completed installation with us, highlighting the lighting quality and overall visual effect.
